Mark Queen

Navigator

Mark Queen, mark@corescore.net ,  is the founder of Core Score ( https://www.corescore.net/ ), an entrepreneurial navigation program that helps closely held business owners navigate success in their business and their life. “Just because you’re an entrepreneur, doesn’t mean you have to do it by yourself.”

Mark found his opportunity to join Keating & Associates in 1989. At the time he was an expert in the disability insurance field and he was able to assist in the beginnings of that department for Keating. Over the years, Mark discovered and honed his unique ability to coach entrepreneurs and grew a sincere appreciation for the individual talents and abilities the other firm advisors possess.

The first thing that Mark learns about his new clients is their destination. He has found that many times, many people don’t actually have a clear vision of where they want to go and without that clear vision, there is no way to measure towards success. Mark loves helping people through that visioning process both personally and professionally.

Mark’s favorite thing to do is to meet new people and learn from them. He is heavily involved in his church and a number of small groups. He is a lay speaker as well as an avid outdoorsman. Mark travels the world going on hunting excursions, his most recent trip was to New Zealand.

A longtime resident of Manhattan Mark shares life with his wife of 32 years, Kayla. They raised three children together and Mark is currently in the process of hand-transcribing a copy of the New International Version of the Bible for each of them.

Clark A. Ingram

Clark A. Ingram,

clark.ingram@peopleprofits.com , is the Founder of People Profits ( https://peopleprofits.com/ ) , LLC -a Human Capital management consulting firm which addresses the three greatest Human Capital problems affecting organizations. These problems are:

  • Employee Turnover
  • Chronically Open Positions
  • Skills Gap

He started his career in Finance; however, after proving he was a problem solver he was pressed into HR. At that time, Team Industrial Service was having employee turnover which threatened the viability of the organization. Over the next 32years he was the Chief Human Resources Officer for four companies, in four different industries from publicly to privately held. The four companies were in the Industrial Service, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Apparel Manufacturing industries. Though the companies had widely different missions, cultures and employee demographics they all had the three problems listed above.

People Profits, LLC works with our clients to identify the root causes of the above problems and develops and implements a plan with appropriate strategies, systems and processes. The goal is to dramatically reduce these problems and maintain at the new level. Once the workforce is stable, People Profits then helps our clients to grow based on their corporate goals.

Clark has three children, their spouses, and four grandchildren.

Matt Martin

Matt Martin,

matt@redisystemsinc.com is a technology consultant at Redi Systems, Inc.

( https://www.redisystemsinc.com/ )  Even though he has called Kansas home for nearly 40 years, Matt’s roots trace back thousands of miles — 6,445 to be exact. And before you take a (likely wrong) guess at where he’s from, we’ll just go ahead and tell you: It’s Seoul, South Korea.

As a CEDIA-certified technician with more than 12 years of experience, Matt enjoys taking on new challenges and interacting with different types of clients. And although he crossed a mightly big pond to plant new roots in Kansas, that doesn’t stop him from navigating local waters to fish and live his best lake life.

If you ask Matt what else he’s reeling in, he’ll likely say family, sports, family, and sports (in that order). The biggest surprise about him is probably the fact that he surprised himself by becoming a family man and raising two great kids. As for how he would like to be remembered? “A person who would do anything to help anybody.”

Suzanne Bernritter

Suzanne Bernritter MA,

suzanneb@corescore.net, provides executive level collaboration and project management as Director of Collaboration with Core Score. She focuses on the opportunities that come through building relationships with like-minded leaders driven to lead with faith-based principles and convictions.

Suzanne holds a BA in Psychology/Personnel Management and an MA in Human Resources/Business Administration. Suzanne’s early career was in non-profit management, in the disability field. Her experiences gave her the opportunity to learn and stretch in the areas of program development, training and development, project management, grant writing, event planning and fundraising, volunteer development and coaching in the areas of independent living, advocacy, empowerment and worksite wellness. An early partnership with a single mom with a little girl with Down’s Syndrome, shifted her paradigm in how to work with people and provide services. The paradigm shift became a catalyst to grow successful collaborations with youth, young adults, parents, business leaders, health care professionals and community leaders.

Growing up a “preacher’s kid” Suzanne learned the importance of having and establishing values in all parts of your life. Integrity, accountability, honesty, keeping a promise, having actions match your words and loving people, have been a constant thread visible in her work and personal life.

When serving people, she starts with asking the right questions and getting to know them based on their “in the now” needs. This initial relationship building is paramount to all levels of collaboration and problem-solving. Suzanne loves to help people, help themselves. Any task, small or large, that paves the way to building people up, is a ministry to Suzanne, allowing her to empower people and solve problems with a servant leadership mindset.

New to Manhattan, Suzanne shares this great life journey with her husband of 26 years, Von. They raised two children together and Suzanne currently volunteers with the Manhattan Afghan Resettlement Team, in developing their volunteer recruitment and training program.
